1. Do your products come in different sizes?

Some of our products come in multiple sizes, while others are available in a one-size-fits-most design. Please check the product description on our website for sizing details before purchasing.

2. What if the product doesn’t fit me or I receive a defective item?

If you ordered a product with size options and it doesn’t fit as expected, we offer an exchange for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace it regardless of size availability. Please contact us at contactshirtgotreal@gmail.com with your Order ID to arrange the exchange.

3. How do I exchange a product if I received the wrong size or a defective item?

• For products with size options: You can exchange for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order.

• For one-size products: These can only be exchanged if the item is defective or damaged.

To initiate an exchange, email us at contactshirtgotreal@gmail.com with your Order ID and details of the issue.

4. Can I return a product if I don’t like it or change my mind?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer an exchange within 7 days as per our Exchange Policy.

5. How long do I have to request an exchange?

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange for size-related issues (for products with size options) or for defective/damaged products.

6. How do I know if a product will fit me?

For products with size options, please refer to the size chart provided in the product description. For one-size products, they are designed to fit most body types comfortably. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing.

7. What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?

If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will help you choose an alternative product. If no suitable alternative is available, we may offer store credit.

8. Can I exchange a product for something else (not the same product)?

Yes, you can exchange your product for another item of equal or higher value. If the new product costs more, you will need to pay the additional amount.

9. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at contactshirtgotreal@gmail.com. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you can exchange the product if there is a size issue (for size-variant products) or if it is defective.
