Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days for most urban areas. For remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners like India Post, Delhivery, and BlueDart to ensure reliable delivery.
International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shirt Got Real, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind in case you've changed your mind about a purchase. We believe that a clear exchange policy is crucial for building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Sized Products: We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size was shipped.

Include your Order ID in the email when requesting an exchange.

If you wish to exchange the item for another product, you can choose a product priced the same or higher. If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the additional amount.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Products that are not defective or damaged, or if the correct size is delivered, are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges unless the product was damaged, defective, or an incorrect size was shipped.

Customers will need to ship the product(s) they wish to cancel / return to us.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately via email at contactshirtgotreal@gmail.com. If the order is not yet dispatched, we will process a full refund.
No Cancellations After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to return a defective item, you can do so via our exchange policy outlined above.
